Lena has over 12 years' experience developing and delivering business development, marketing communications and customer relationship management initiatives for a variety of large, small and medium sized businesses. This includes managing customer relationships, budgets and the delivery of initiatives crucial to the growth of organisations. 

Lena holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) accredited by the Association of MBAs. Memberships include: Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Consulting and the Association of MBAs. Lena is the head of business development and marketing for a social enterprise called Sustainable Communities. She is a community school governor and London Chair Designate of Women in Management (part of the Chartered Management Institute)
